Faculty posting videos to a location not officially supported/contracted with Millersville, without the expressed permission of all students whose names, images, etc. would be shared, is considered a violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the federal student educational records privacy law, protects the privacy and confidentiality of student education records. Student education records include but are not limited to information such as grades, student coursework, or images/audio/or video recordings of identifiable students. - Navigate to the Stream start page within Microsoft 365
- Locate the media file you wish to download
- Click the ... to the left of the media title to expand the more options menu
- Select "Download"
