You probably have at least a few extensions (a.k.a. add-ons) installed in your web browser. Extensions change the way your web browser works, usually by editing each web page's code as the browser loads the page for display. An extension might change page code to hide ads, change text and background colors, or provide you with enhanced tools for filling in web forms. But sometimes—especially on complex, sophisticated sites like D2L—those automatic code edits inadvertently break pages instead of helping you.

You may already be familiar with your browser's "Private" or "Incognito" mode that provides you some limited privacy by not logging your page visits in your browser history. But private/incognito mode also helps with troubleshooting browser extension incompatibilities because private/incognito windows skip loading most browser extensions.

To use your web browser's private/incognito browsing mode, please choose the appropriate tab below and follow the instructions.
