As previously announced, the Desire2Learn system will be upgraded on Saturday, May 10. To allow Desire2Learn technicians to complete this upgrade, the D2L system will be completely unavailable from 12:01 a.m. until 12:00 noon Eastern.
Then, immediately following the upgrade, for a period of approximately one hour, Millersville Information Technologies staff members will perform post-upgrade configuration and testing work within the system. During this time period, Desire2Learn will be available but may respond slowly. Additionally, small changes to the My Home page, navigation bars, and system tools will be underway.
Grades, student work, course content, and other course data will not be lost, modified, or otherwise affected by the upgrade or the post-upgrade work.
