On Wednesday, October 9, at 9:00 p.m. Eastern, Desire2Learn technicians will install service pack 15 on our Desire2Learn system. The Desire2Learn system will remain online during the installation of the service pack, and Desire2Learn do not anticipate that the install will negatively impact performance or use of the system.

Unlike version upgrades, service packs contain no user interface changes or new features. Instead, service packs contain fixes for bugs and other issues in the existing learning environment.

Service Pack 15 contains:

• a fix that allows the Manage Grades page to continue working even if bad data exists in a Grade Scheme
• a fix for the Export to CSV function in Quizzes that lets the function correctly export unanswered questions
• a fix to links in notification email messages sent for Discussions posts that contain QuickLinks
