Outlook

The Built-In Mail apps of most phones are NO LONGER SUPPORTED. Please refer to the steps below to install Microsoft Outlook on your device and sign into it. 

1) Open the app store that your phone has installed. 
2) Find the search bar in that app store, and look for "Microsoft Outlook" 
3) Download the app that has a logo that is the same as the logo below.

4) once the app is installed, open it.

From this point onward, "it" will refer to the Microsoft Outlook app.
5) It will say "Get Started" click that button. 
6) It will say "enter your work or school email address"; type your email address that ends in "@millersville.edu" into the box provided and click continue.

IF YOU ARE ON THE DEVICE YOU USE FOR MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR: 

7) It will ask you to confirm your sign-in with Authenticator. Click accept, then wait for the redirects to finish. Your account is now set up. 


IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE DEVICE YOU USE FOR MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR:

7) It will redirect you to the Millersville University sign in page. Let it.
8) Get the device that you use for Microsoft Authenticator normally.
9) Click "Send Notification" when you have that device, then complete the 2FA. 
10) Your account is now added.


IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR SET UP:

7) It will redirect you to the Millersville University sign in page. Let it.
8) Enter your password when prompted then click next. 
9) Choose a Two-Factor Authentication method and complete the verification. 
10) Your account is now added.

Changing Account Password:

All Millersville University account password changes now go through the password reset portal, which can be found here. Please note that changing your password with this portal will change the password you use for ALL Millersville University accounts, not just Outlook.
