There are a number of reasons of why you may not be able to see your current course.

Review through the decision steps to help you find your answer.

(Question #1) Are you sure you are registered for your course during the current term?

-- You must be registered for the course according to the registrar's office.  If you are not registered for the course, you will not display in the instructor's roster according to Banner/MAX.  Not only would you not be able to see your D2L course, but you will not receive a grade for the course. 

(Question #1: Action Step)  Contact your both your professor and the Registrar's office.


SO....IF YOU ARE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THE COURSE, PROCEED TO QUESTION #2


(Question #2) Are you sure that your instructor has created a D2L course for your course? 

-- Not every instructor creates a D2L course for every course they teach.

(Question #2: Action Step)  Contact your professor to confirm that the course has been created in D2L.


SO....YOU ARE REGISTERED and there IS A COURSE in D2L, PROCEED TO QUESTION #3


(Question #3) Have you checked with the professor to make sure you are on the Class List inside of the course?

-- There are times when everything is complete from the systems, but you still do not appear on the class list... there could be a time delay for processing your account or there could be it is important that you contact your professor.

(Question #3: Action Step)  Contact your professor indicating that you are enrolled in the course according to the registrar's office, but that you still do not see the course in D2L.
