Technicians at the login server's hosting provider resolved this issue. Logins to D2L and MU Video are working normally again.

Description
A problem with the login server used by both D2L and MU Video is preventing authentication into both systems. Technicians at Millersville and at the login server's hosting provider are working to correct the issue.
Kutztown University users logging in using "InCommon Login" button are not affected by this problem.
Temporary Workaround
For D2L
Please log in using the "Guest Login" link, and your usual username and password, to log in.
For MU Video
Unfortunately, we do not have a workaround for MU Video logins.
