MU Video Quick Guide: Attachments

Download an Attachment

1. Go to the Media item.
2. Click the "Attachments" button.
3. In the list of attachments, locate the one you wish to download.
4. Click the download button for that attachment.

Add an Attachment

1. Go to the Media to which you wish to attach a file.
2. Select from the Actions menu.
3. Select the "Attachments" tab.
4. Click the "Upload File" button.
5. Click the "Select File" button.
6. Choose the file you want to attach.
7. Type a title for this attachment.
8. Optionally type a description of this attachment.
9. Click the "Save" button.

Remove an Attachment

1. Go to the Media from which you wish to remove an attachment.
2. Select from the Actions menu.
3. Select the "Attachments" tab.
4. In the list of attachments, locate the one you wish to remove.
5. Click the delete button for that attachment.
6. Click the "Delete" button.
