Every time I try to access the groups page, I see an "Internal Error" message. What can I do?Unfortunately, at this time, a bug in D2L blocks students from seeing the groups page—instead showing students an "Internal Error" message—in any course where all of the following conditions are present: - An instructor has created groups.
- An instructor has assigned discussion topics to specific groups.
- An instructor has hidden from student view—outright or by date—one or more group-specific discussion topics.
Programmers at D2L, Inc. are working on a fix for this bug. In the meantime, rather than attempting to go to the groups page, please access your group materials from their respective tools: discussions, locker, etc. |
