Once a quote is generated you will receive an email with the quote number and a description of what you want to order.  The Dell SAP Vendor number is 1003502.  You will need the SAP vendor number, the Dell quote number and unit(s) in order to enter the quote in SAP.  The quote is valid for about 4 weeks.

When our Purchasing Department creates a purchase order and you receive that purchase order number for your order, you can go into SAP and check the status of your order.  In SAP you will need to check the purchase order's attachment(s) for the most up-to-date information.

Each new computer will come loaded with current Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat Pro.  If you require additional Adobe software please click the "Software" tab above for more information.

Please note for Thin/Zero Clients: Must print to departmental Ricoh multi-function copier, use M: drive or H: drive for storing documents, only standard software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, standard browsers for Internet) is provided – user cannot add software to desktop, if additional software is essential, user will need to contact IT for other options.

This model has dual monitor capability and has two available USB ports on the front of the unit (the USB ports on the back are for the keyboard and mouse).

EVGA PD06 - <$350 (Contact for current pricing)

Microsoft Office 

The current version of Microsoft Office will be loaded on all new computers automatically.  If you have an older version of Office and would like to upgrade, please contact the Help Desk at x7777 to place a service call with Information Technology.

Adobe Creative Suite Products

Adobe Acrobat Professional is automatically loaded on each new computer.  For downloads of other specific Adobe Creative Suite Products please contact the Help Desk at x7777 to place a service call.  Be sure to indicate whether you have a PC or Mac to ensure the proper technician is assigned to the call.

Replacements of keyboards and/or keyboard and mouse combinations can be purchased directly from GovConnection for your computer. We recommend the following:
