Through our Microsoft Campus Agreement, Microsoft currently provides Microsoft Office 365 to every student, staff, and faculty member free of charge.

 This enables users to install Office 365 on up to 5 compatible Windows and Mac computers and/or tablets, including iPads. It also enables all Millersville users to utilize Office 365 applications and tools online for collaboration and OneDrive for easy, online file storage and sharing. Users can access Microsoft 365 through the MU Logins page and by selecting the Office 365 icon. Use your Millersville University email and password to log in to Office 365. Students, please note that once you leave/graduate/retire from Millersville University you no longer have access to Office365. Graduates of Millersville University will have access to their Outlook email for 3 months after graduation.

The Office 365 installs are for personal devices only and should not be installed on your University-issued computer(s). If you wish to have a newer version of Office installed on your University computer(s), submit a Help Desk request at https://millersvilleuniversity.sysaidit.com/EndUserPortal.jsp
