In this service catalog are links to self help materials as well as links to the support sites of other campus offices. Students, faculty, and staff may contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance. Also by contacting the IT Help Desk, faculty and staff may request one-on-one training or assistance from the Instructional & Technology Support (I&TS) team.


D2L is the D2L Brightspace Learning Environment customized for Millersville University. D2L provides a centralized, robust, and secure solution for classes.


Turnitin provide tools for improving writing. Feedback Studio is integrated with D2L. Draft Coach is integrated with Word in Microsoft365.


Microsoft Office 365—also known as Office365 or Microsoft365—includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and other web applications.


Splashtop is an application that allows instructors annotate and share content via a variety of mobile devices.


GoReact is integrated with D2L to provide tools for video-based assignments.

MU Video

MU Video is the Kaltura video platform customized for Millersville University. MU Video provides video solutions for online, the classroom, and more. With MU Video you can create, upload, browse, search, watch, and share audio/video clips, video presentations, screencasts, and other rich media content related to coursework and University interests.


iClicker (previously stylized as "i>clicker") is a classroom response system. iClicker allows all the students in a classroom to answer questions an instructor poses during a class session. Students may ordered iClicker remotes at our University Store partner website TextbookX:  

Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

The Creative Cloud Suite includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe applications.


Zoom is a system for hosting, attending, participating in, and recording synchronous online meetings, presentations, and conferences.


Coursetune is curriculum mapping software used to develop some D2L courses in programs that run in cooperation with Academic Partnerships.
