I will be using the i>clicker student response system in class this term. i>clicker helps me to understand what you know and gives everyone a chance to participate in class. I ( will/will not ) use i>clicker to keep track of attendance; please see the attendance policy on page (#) of the syllabus. Participation with i>clicker will account for ( x% of your final grade ) . I will drop (#) of the lowest scores to account for times you forget to bring your clicker to class.

You may purchase one of the following models:
i>clicker 2

How to register:
To receive credit for the responses you submit with i>clicker, you must register by the drop/add deadline, ( Date ) . Students who register after this time will not receive credit. Click here ( for a guide on student remote registration.

Register your clicker within our Learning Management System (D2L)
You must register your clicker within our LMS, (D2L). Do not register your clicker on if you do, I will not be able to match your responses with your name and you will not receive credit.

I consider bringing a fellow student's i>clicker to class to be cheating and a violation of the University Honor Code. If you are caught with a remote other than your own or have votes in a class that you did not attend, you will forfeit all clicker points and may face additional disciplinary action.
