How can I verify that I have Java installed on my computer?

  1. In your computer's web browser, go to's Java verification page.
  2. On that page:

    • If you see a message like "We are unable to verify if Java is currently installed and enabled in your browser", please download and install Java.
    • If you see a message like "Activate Java" or "Java blocked for this website" (examples below), click directly on that message.

      1. If your web browser asks if you want to trust or allow to run Java (examples below), click the "Trust" or "Allow and Remember" button.
