Why won't my quiz allow me to save any more answers?

If D2L displays a window similar to the one below, then you have exceeded the time limit your course instructor set for the quiz.

Please submit your quiz. All answers you saved prior to the time expiring will be submitted for grading.

Instructors can set time limits for quizzes and can enable strict enforcement of those time limits. When an instructor configures a quiz to allow only submission after time expires, all other actions, including saving answers and changing pages, become unavailable to you when you exceed the time allowed for the quiz.
