 How do I access recordings?

 Anyone with access to the D2L course in which the session was recorded can access recordings by

  1. Click on the Communications tab
  2. Click on Collaborate Ultra
  3. Click on the menu button on the upper right hand side
  4. Click on the "Recordings"
  5. Click on "View Recording" next to the desired recording. If you do not see your recordings, click on "Show Recent Recordings" and then specify a date range.

 How do I share a recording?

 

  1. Click on the Communications tab
  2. Click on Collaborate Ultra
  3. Click on the menu button on the upper right hand side
  4. Click on the "Recordings"
  5. Click on "View Recording" next to the desired recording
  6. Copy the complete URL that from the URL bar in the page that loads, you can then share it with any interested party. Anyone with the link will be able to access the recording. 

 How do I download a recording?

 If enabled in the session settings you can download a recording by hovering your mouse over the session recording and clicking on the button.

The recording will be downloaded a .mp4 file which can then be uploaded to MU Video or elsewhere.

 How do I delete a recording?

To delete a recording you must hover over the recording and click on the trashcan icon.
