How can I get the app to connect to a Collaborate session for my Windows device?

End-of-Life Warning

You will not be able to access Collaborate or Collaborate Ultra after June 30, 2018.

PASSHE's contract with Blackboard, Inc. for Collaborate and Collaborate Ultra ends on June 30, 2018. After June 30, 2018, you will not be able to access Collaborate rooms, Collaborate Ultra rooms, or any archived recordings you have in Collaborate or Collaborate Ultra.

The Bb student app, which is used to access Collaborate Ultra is available for free in the Windows store.

On what Windows devices can I use the app?

Devices that run the following operating systems should be able to access Collaborate:

Windows 10
Windows 8.1
Windows 10 Mobile
Windows Phone 8.1

How do I use the app?

The first time you access a Collaborate session it can be a little confusing.
