What are the size limits of the discussions tool?
D2L imposes no size limit on files attached to posts in discussions.
For audio and video files, use the My Media tools rather than attaching the files directly.
Note
While D2L itself does not limit the size of files attached to posts in discussions, your web browser may time out and abort the upload of large files, preventing you from attaching them to discussion posts. Exactly what size file is too big for your web browser to upload will vary with your Internet connection speed and what web browser you are using.
