Required for All Courses

Adobe Reader

In order to read Portable Document Format (PDF) files posted within your course, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is a free download from Adobe.com.

Required for Some Courses

Microsoft Office

Many courses require that you to create or edit papers, spreadsheets, presentations, or other documents. For all these purposes—plus file sharing, group collaboration, and more—the university provides Microsoft Office 365 to all Millersville University students, staff, and faculty members.

MU Video Personal Capture

Some courses require that you complete video assignments. In some cases to record video, you will need to download and install Personal Capture.

Zoom

Many courses use Zoom for synchronous class sessions, for group work, for recording video, or for other collaborative purposes.
