The problem that caused "Access Denied" errors in MU Video has been resolved.
Technicians at Kaltura, the company that produces the software that powers MU Video, identified and repaired a corrupted search index in the MU Video system. That has eliminated the "Access Denied" errors.

We are currently experiencing a problem with MU Video that is affecting access to, and playback of, media. Technicians are currently working to determine the problem. An update will be provided before 5:00 PM Eastern.
