Desire2Learn have issued a service notification:

Incident: The D2L Network Operations Center (NOC) advises that an infrastructure event in your SaaS facility may be impacting access for clients.
End User Impact: Users may be experiencing intermittent network issues connecting to their Learning Environment.

UPDATES:

11:00pm ET Update

  • The issue is now resolved
  • All customers who were having an issue are now verified to be fixed
  • We continue to monitor the system closely to ensure no further issues
  • Root cause investigation is underway with our vendor
  • This will be the last update on this issue.

5:00pm ET Update

  • All appropriate internal teams are continuing to investigate the issue with highest urgency and priority.
  • The next update will be at 8pm EST or when there is a relevant update.

3:30pm ET Update

  • All appropriate internal teams have been engaged and are currently investigating the issue
  • D2L is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
  • The next update will be at 5pm EST or when there is a relevant update
