Breakdown of Page Fields

Page Title

This text field tells a visitor what page they are on by adding a large title at the top of the page.

Keep short and descriptive (i.e. try not to make longer than one line)

Page Display Name

This text will appear as the link within the department's navigation.

Keep short and descriptive (i.e. try not to make longer than one line)

Include in Site Navigation

This field will add, or remove, the page to the department's navigation.

Navigation Column

This field offers the ability to add/remove/reorder shared content blocks from beneath the department's quick links listing.

Main Image

(Optional) large image to display above the page's content. Dimensions are 550x250 pixels

Cascade will not resize images for you, you should resize your images with a photo editor prior to uploading.

Main Content

The main content of the page is broken into 'Title' text field and a 'Content' rich-text fields.

Available Fields:

  • Title: text field that is pre-styled as a gray block above the content
  • Content: rich-text editor that allows for basic formatting (e.g. bold, italic, underline), linking, image insertion, and HTML manipulation.

To help separate content within a page, you can create multiple blocks of content by using the small *+* above the title field.

Right Column

Available only for 3 Column Pages, this field offers the ability to add/remove/reorder shared content blocks along the right-hand side of the page.
